The TwentyfiveWest Online Store is operated by Eqvol, an LLC company, registered under Eqvol Sp z.o.o, with an entry in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). Registration details include NIP: 8992992485 and REGON: 528498149.
These regulations are provided for the Consumers of the Store and outline the conditions for use, as well as the procedures for purchasing items through the Store, constituting a distance-based Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
The Seller serves as the data administrator for all personal information processed within the Online Store, which aligns with the privacy guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy. This policy also explains cookie usage, analytics, and customer data rights. Usage of the Store and sharing personal data with us is voluntary, except as required for order completion.
2. Scope and Content of Terms
These Terms & Conditions address the following:
- Compliance with the Consumer Rights Act.
- Procedures for registration and creating a customer account.
- Order placement and procurement policies.
- Delivery and payment information.
- Return, refund, and complaint processes.
- Electronic services provided by the Store.
3. Definitions
Below are key terms used in these regulations:
- Consumer: A natural person entering a Sales Agreement with the Seller, primarily for non-professional use.
- Seller: Eqvol, the legal entity operating the Store.
- Customer: Any individual or entity making purchases in the Store.
- Store: The online retail platform managed by the Seller.
- Distance Agreement: A sales contract created and completed exclusively through online communication.
- Order: A Customer’s purchase request for a Product, which constitutes a formal offer to purchase.
- Account: A user-specific online account created by a Customer to track orders and manage settings.
- Goods: Any physical items available for purchase in the Store.
- Sales Agreement: A legally binding product sale or service provision agreement.
- PoD: Print On Demand facilities.

5. Data Protection
The Seller is the administrator for any personal data collected via the Store, used solely for fulfilling Sales Agreements or with Customer consent for marketing purposes.
Recipient groups for Customer data include:
- Carriers and postal services, for shipping purposes.
- Payment service providers for electronic transactions.
Customers have the right to review, update, or delete their data. Data provision is optional; however, withholding necessary details may prevent completion of a Sales Agreement.
6. Technical Requirements for Access
To access the Store, the following technical setup is required:
- A device (computer, smartphone, etc.) with an internet connection.
- An updated web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) with cookies enabled and JavaScript support.
- A minimum screen resolution of 1024×768.
7. General Store Policies
The Seller is committed to ensuring stable operation of the Store but is not liable for interruptions due to force majeure, third-party interference, or compatibility issues with Customer systems. Customers may browse products without creating an account, though some features and order placements may require registration.
All prices in the Store are in PLN (Polish zloty) and include tax. Final charges appear at checkout, reflecting any additional fees, if applicable. For indefinite service agreements, the full period price will be shown.
In the event of significant errors in pricing (e.g., major discrepancy between displayed and intended product prices), the Seller retains the right to address the situation with the Customer directly.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to use the Store in line with these Terms, legal standards, and online etiquette, and commit to:
- Avoiding actions that disrupt the Store’s operations or compromise user experiences.
- Providing accurate personal details.
- Respecting other customers’ privacy, refraining from unsolicited marketing, and maintaining updated contact information.
- Avoiding behavior harmful to the Store’s reputation or that of any associated entities.
- Abstaining from posting any offensive or inappropriate content on the Store’s website.
9. Electronic Services
The Store offers the following free services:
- Browsing: Access to product information.
- Account Creation: Users may register to save information and view order history.
- Interactive Forms: Used for order placement and customer inquiries.
- Newsletter: Customers can opt in for promotional messages and can unsubscribe anytime.
Service agreements are considered active for as long as the Customer uses them, with provisions for ending them by the Customer’s request or by the Seller for violations of these Terms.
10. Product Price Reductions
When a price reduction is applied to products or services, the Store is obligated to display both the current price and the lowest price within the previous 30 days. Exceptions to this rule apply to:
- Limited-time products (less than 30 days).
- Items with short shelf life, where only the pre-reduction price is displayed.
This applies to direct price adjustments, percentage discounts, and advertising claims, but excludes changes due to loyalty program benefits or general promotions.
11. Product Reviews and Recommendations
The Store may display product reviews, but does not verify the authenticity of opinions, nor guarantees that all displayed feedback comes from customers who purchased the product.
12. Order Placement
The following steps are required to place an Order:
- Accept the Store’s Terms.
- Select and add the desired Product(s) to the cart.
- Complete the Order Form with details for delivery.
- Choose and complete payment as per the selected method.
13. Payment and Delivery
Payment options include Credit, Debit card payment services, while delivery options consist of different courier partners depending on delivery location. Specific delivery information is available on our Store’s site.
14. Sales Agreement Execution
- A Sales Agreement forms upon Order placement, with the Seller’s acceptance confirmation sent via email.
- Payment is required at the time of order; unpaid orders will be canceled.
- Products are typically dispatched within 1-7 business days following payment receipt, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
- In case of multiple items delivery time could vary.
- We work with some of PrintOnDemand partners for order fulfillment. So it might happen that different products will be dispatched separately, even though they are ordered together.
15. Right of Withdrawal
- If you’re a consumer, as defined in Article 22(1) of Poland’s Civil Code, you have the right to cancel any online purchase within 15 days of receiving the product, in line with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
- This right does not apply in cases such as:
- Services fully performed by the seller with your prior consent.
- Contracts based on market price changes outside the seller’s control.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Goods with short shelf lives or sealed items opened by the buyer, particularly for health or hygiene reasons.
- Products inherently inseparable from other items once delivered.
- Digital content not provided on a tangible medium once service begins with your express consent.
- Products prepared using PrintOnDemand aka PoD facilities provided by partners.
- To withdraw, simply submit a request and concerns through contact form within 15 days of receipt, along with the attachments of the product and bill.
- Customer will have to bear the return shipping cost, and it will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Refunds are processed within 15 days, using your original payment method unless you request otherwise. We’ll refund the product price, minus fees for shipping costs & special delivery requests if there’s any.
- If the product’s value decreases due to excessive use, you’re responsible for that reduction.

16. Product Complaints
- The Seller guarantees product delivery as per contract terms.
- In case of product non-compliance, consumer can request a repair or replacement. However, the Seller may choose the most practical solution if it proves costly or difficult.
- Complaints should be sent to the address provided or electronically via our contact form. Each complaint is addressed within 15 days.
17. Complaints Regarding Electronic Services
- Complaints about the store’s services can be submitted via our contact form, providing your name, correspondence address, and a description of the issue.
- The Seller will respond within 15 days or request additional information as needed.
18. Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Consumers have options for out-of-court dispute resolution, details of which can be found with consumer protection offices or the Consumer Rights Office.
- Consumers may:
- Apply to a consumer arbitration court for dispute resolution.
- Request mediation through a regional inspector.
- Seek free help from local consumer ombudsmen or organizations like the Consumer Federation.
19. Final Provisions
- Contracts through our online store are governed by Polish law.
- The Seller may amend these terms for significant reasons (e.g., law or payment method changes), with at least seven days’ notice to customers.
- For unresolved issues, applicable Polish laws apply, including the Civil Code, Electronic Services Act, and Consumer Rights Act.
- Consumers may also use the EU ODR online platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for complaints or claims.
